Safety First - COVID-19 Guidelines
Due to recent global events, Lettie Rudel Photography is taking all necessary precautions and following recommendations by the CDC and local authorities ensure we do not come in contact who is ill.
We ask in advance for your understanding while we enforce our precautions – some of which may be a little uncomfortable and/or inconvenient. However, we deal with the most delicate population – pregnant moms, newborns (some premature), and children and families with compromised immune systems.
Please note that IF you need to reschedule a session due to illness (or because you’ve been around someone who has been ill, or if your temperature and it registers high), you will NOT lose your reservation fee – we will just reschedule to a time when everyone is sure that they are healthy.

I’m running late! How will this affect my photoshoot?
If you’re running late (hey, things happen!), email me at hello@lettierudelphotography as soon as possible. Sometimes I may be able to wait for you, but in some cases where I have another photoshoot scheduled, I may not be able to stay longer.
Mini sessions, for example, I have families coming in back to back and we should be respectful with their time.
Can I cancel my photoshoot?
If you need to cancel your photo session, please notify me via email at: hello@lettierudelphotography.com or call 832-744-2807 with at least 3 days' notice.
- If you cancel more than 3 days in advance, you will receive a 90% refund.
- If you cancel within 3 days or within hours before your photo experience, no refund will be issued (unless in case of emergency).
- Cancellations during holiday seasons must be done a week in advance from the shoot date.
When will I receive my photos?
I will upload your photos to your personalized private gallery within one or two weeks after your shoot, depending on the session. Once the photos are uploaded into your dashboard account, you’ll receive an email notification informing you that they are ready. Once you select your "Favorites", I'll resend an email with fully edited digital images ready to download, share and post online.
Do I have to order prints through you?
No, even though I provide you with a high-quality printing service you can submit your digital images to any printing company of your choice.
Do I own the rights to my photos?
Yes! You have the right to use the photos for personal use. While you can share them with the world, post them, print them, and hang them on your wall, you may not alter or re-sell them to third parties without consent from Lettie Rudel Photography.
In what format are the photos delivered?
Your high-resolution photos will be delivered in.jpg format.
Can I buy additional photos or prints?
Of course! If you loved all your photos and want to buy more, you can do so in your personalized private gallery. Each additional photo is $25. Just "Favorite" your additional photo and make a PayPal or Venmo payment to process your order.
Do you work with influencers?
